Writing Emptiness

My books are made of words, memories, air, shadows and voids. They deal with memory, which is always uncertain. Every time we remember an event, we remember it slightly differently, adding or removing details. If the memory had a color, I would say it is gray, and its shape is dense, full of holes where memories appear and disappear constantly.

In them, I have drawn on personal stories as a chronicle of travel, dealing with issues related to the mistreatment of women, migration, and hunger in the world.
