Words and lines as fragile signs in the air,
plethora of shades between what is said and left unsaid,
between silence and words… Londoño returned
to live in The Hague, where she has a papermaking atelier and works
with cotton linters and flax,
applying the pulp on large sheets of cloth as if writing or drawing.
The pulp is converted in lines, which are to come to life in
space whilst creating a set of presences and absences, of positive
and negative space. This offers a whole range of suggestions and
implications. Her work was selected for participation in the
Holland Paper Biennal 2006
